Are Live Chat and Roadmap included?

Live Chat and Public Roadmap are optional paid extensions. Every licence includes the Ticaga core helpdesk: ticketing, knowledge base, and SLA management.

Is pricing per employee?

No. Ticaga core licences are not charged per seat, so you can add employees without increasing the core licence price.

Where is Ticaga hosted?

On your server. Ticaga is self-hosted, so you choose the infrastructure where your helpdesk runs.

What happens after my Perpetual updates expire?

Your licence remains yours to use. The Perpetual licence includes 6 months of core updates and Basic Support; continued updates require the applicable renewal option.

What is included in the 14-day trial?

The trial gives you access to the core helpdesk on your server. Optional paid extensions are licensed separately.

What does Lifetime include?

The Lifetime licence includes the core helpdesk, lifetime core updates, and Lifetime Basic Support, without per-seat billing.
